He is a head peace maker (a assassin) he makes peace in the world by killing.He is always hooded with his face concealed and white robes.Tal Salin is stealthy with all weapons he is a killing machine.He fights with hounour brave fast and aggressive.He is one of many peace keepers.So watch out for the hooded figure.
