The Mountains of Penáir

Tyder was shocked. Animals rarely turned on but when they did he could usually calm them down. He began to talk to the wolf using his beast-tongue but it wouldn't respond. It was fiercesome and angry - it wouldn't relent to another species. He looked at Redrum and nodded. Do it.

Redrum nodded back, and without any doubt he pulled the trigger on the gun...It hit the wolf right on the side of its chest ripping into the fur then into the flesh crushing its bones then reaching the heart.The wolf fell to the floor in an instant with crimson blood dripping from a whole in its chest. ''There we are...that will make a nice coat and a nice bit of meat'' Redrum looked at Tydar ''Shall we start climbing the mountain?''

"In just a moment..." he said as he walked towards the wolf's corpse. He began using his healing talents to exam it. He gasped. "I thought so..." he muttered to himself, loud enough for Redrum to hear.

Redrum looked down at Tydar ''What did you think?'' Redrum walked to Tydar and kneeled down next to him glareing at the wolf.

"There is something... wrong. Kuria-Joukei!" He said, activating his clear sight. He looked at the signature that the wolf's life force left behind. "I think it has been tainted by something..." He noticed somethign move in the brown of it's life-force. It was almost too small to see. It was like a black knot upon it. "I think it was driven crazy by.. something. Spirits, perhaps?"
He stood up and passed a wave of green energy onto where it lay. Plants and foliage began to grow untill it covered it and looked like a small hill in the ground - it was soon covered by snow like the rest of the surroundings.
"Shall we go?"

Redrum stood up ;; We shall!;; ;;He could of been sent to get us Hmmm....I wonder;; Redrum looked at the high mountain with snow coverd on it. ''So do you know the basic saftey rules getting up here?''

He created some vines that fed into the side of the cliff, latching onto it with such strength, it wouldn't be removed by the weight of his body. He doubled up the vines by twirling some more around them and began to pull himself. "What rules of safety," He said grinning ;D

''Very well then'' Redrum realased the the clip on his belt making his Pick axes fall to the floor. He gripped bot hof them in each hand and walked up to the mountain. Snow began to pour quite heavy. He rammed one Pick axe tightly into the mountain and then another pushing himself up each time he did this.

Redrum and Tydar had finally got to the top of the mountain. Redrum saw a whole inside it were he was planning to go. Redrum suddenely spotted Some Black crystals on the low ground spread snpow everywhere and crack the stone on the ground. They then went into the Sky...'' Its happening...Tydar we do not have much time get inside this mountain Now!''

Tyder dived inside the mountain and once he was in, he sealed the door with Lignunvitae wood. Stronger than steel yet as light as paper. He carved a small hole out so they could see what was going on. As the crystals spread, the snow appeared to melt around it.

Redrum looked at of the whole,while kneeling down. ''What do you thinks going on boy'' Redrum handed a pistol to Tydar he was not offering it to him he was GIVING It to him...

Tyder took it but GAVE it back. "I don't want this." He said simply. He looked out over the valley. "I'm not sure, but whatever it is, it doesn't look good."

Redrum just sighed when he did not take it and strapped it back into his belt. '' Its a good thing we brought supplys...Im sorry for causing you trouble My young boy, and I will make it up to you'' Redrum looked carefully out the whole exmaning the black crystals. ''What are your theory's somthing inside it, they are filled with magic what?'' Red got to his feet and said ''Come on thats explore...''

"Perhaps. They seem to be spreading fast though and seems dangerous so i would assume it is magical." He commented. "I assume you mean explore this cave? Are you sure it is important enough? I mean, at a time like this..."

Redrum looked at Tydar ''Yes it is, it meens extra saftey and idea's and maybe a discovery...'' Redrum looked back at the crystals and shook his head. ''Thats go Boy...Oh and there may be human life in here to help us?'

Tyder reclosed the hole and headed fof into the cave along with Redrum. "Perhaps. Or they may be here to destroy us." He suggested. As they ventured in, it got darker so Tyder created a Green orb of energy set above them and followed them as they walked.

''Maybe if they wish to do so we fight them back,Dont worry they would of never seen any of my guns before they would be scared, I bet the only gun you have seen is a Musket, Am I right?'' Redrum carried on walking stepping sideways to dodge a few jaged rocks hanging down from the cave/mountain roof of stone.

"I have rarely even seen, let alone handles, a musket." He replied, conversationally. "We should avoid trouble though, if we can," he told him as they continued walking and taking a left turn as the tunnel split into two.

''Are you sure we should of went left, my instink told me to go right but its up to you Kidd'' They carried on walking as it got colder and colder...

"Not really. We can turn around, if you want," He said as they carried on walking and the darkness seemed to get thicker and their breath was visible infron of their faces.

It was pitch black. Even the soft glow from the were-light that Tyder had created couldn't be seen. He extingiuished it to save energy. "This is creepy. Do you know what we are looking for?" He asked Redrum.

''People is a start, but I need to get you to saftey...'' They carried on walking as it got a bit lighter but very cold. A Gun shot echoed through out the cave going into the ear drums of Redrum and Tydar.

Tyder instinctivly ducked. "That sounded like a gunshot!" He exclaimed. "That means people must be in here. We should be more careful." He said as they walked in and it was light again. But the light wasn't coming from anywhere and they were in the middle of a cave. A voice could be heard further in.

Redrum gestured for them to walk faster ''Whos there'' Redrum demanded, as soon as he said this there was a cry for help, after that a man shouted ''SHUT THE HELL UP!''

Tyder put a finger to his lips to tell Redrum to keep quiet. They crept closer down the passage and Tyder began channeling energy around his body, giving him a slight green colour.
