A Path to Freedom!

"You can call me Mungus" as He held out his hand for Kino to shake.

Kino extended his arm and shook Mangu'es hand '' Well Mangus Were is this ''transport''?'' Kino looked at the clouds.

"Umm wait a minute". Mugus reached down into his pocket and pulled out a small wooden tube. he blew into it and a loud shriek was heard. then out of the treeline bounded the squiggoth massive green lizard with tusks. here we go. "Tie your horse up, Lets get these grots!" Mungus climbed up on top of the Squiggoths head and grabbed the reigns. "Hop on the bag there are some bows and arrows"

''Could we take my horse if theres any room because I dont trust theese forests with all theese theives...'' Kino looked up at Mungus...

"If you feel it is nessecary. bring it up and put it on the wooden basket at the top. Crossbow and some arrows in there too" Mungus helped him bring it in. He then patted the squiggoth on the head and made it bound off into the direction of the town.

''Ok... Thanks'' Kino Leaped in the hut on top of this creature and was allready to set of to the town again.''

They reached the town gates already some of the guards had noticed and fired some arrows " Kino get down!" as the arrows littered the creature bouncing off its thick hide and Mungus's thick skin."Shall we head through the front door ?"

''Yes! And then when the time right Ill get the Mayor And take him to a rooftop so Im not noticed...'' Kino was smriking...But in a good way.

Mungus acknowledged this and drove the beast through the main gate smashing it down he then veered towards the mayors mansion."Kino silence those archers!"

Kino quickly picked up a crooss bow and loaded it with arrows. He aimed at the guards, and pulled the arrow back and let go of it realeasing it. It hit a archer right on the forehead sending him of the wall and falling into the sea. He did the same untill they were all gone and dead. ''There we are were neally at mansion''

"Kino there it is!" He pointed at the Mansion just as a flaming ball hit the squiggoth killing it instantly and knocking it down.Mungus had fallen off and got up quickly "Kino run for the mansion, I will deal with this fire freak!" as he jumped over the dead body and ran towards what looked like a mutated man made of metal. He jumped at it with his axe.

Kino Nodded at Him... He Jumped of the creature and ran towards the mansion. Two guards were stood infront ready for an attack. Kino quickly drew two throwing knifves and through them at the wall of the mansion about 10 metres away from them. They both walked over there to check it out while Kino ran through the door shutting it not making a sound. The Mayor Was acctually about to walk out not knowing what was going on. He saw Kino instantly and shouted ''GUARDS!'' He then ran off. Kino drew his Kendo stick and while two rammed at him he stabbed both ends into there waists causing pain and a sting to both of them. He then wacked on the jaw of both of them and then there forehead knocking them uncouncious even though they had armour on. There were two left with spears they went to ram it into Kino but he rolled out the way, causing them both to ram it into one another killing them both. Spreading little particles of flesh flying out of them. Kino with he unthinkable speed ran to the door were the mayor had locked himself into. Kino took a step back then lifting his lgeg up and sent it towards the door. Ramming it open tand the Mayor was helpless. Kino picked the Mayor up by the collar. '' Are you gonna pay for the things you done huh?,huh?'' Kino rammed in agiast the wall ''I Aske dyou a question'' The Mayor squeeled ''Yes Yes'' Kino looked at him and said ''I have one more thing for you...'' Kino smashed the window next to him and climbed out of it while holding the mayor. He put the Mayor on his shoulders and began to climb the wall holding on to window seals and all sorts. He had finally reached the top...

This thing was 10ft tall and made of metal it had a strange screeching sound comming from it and it moved with lightning speed. Mungus's axe hit home again and again but bouncing off the armour harmlessly it swung at him he then dived to the side and rolled back ont his feet he then having dropped his axe in the tumble punched the metal creature so hard it cracked its torso. He rolled to avoid another blow he then put his hands into the break in the armour and pulled it apart. Inside was a creature of flesh heavily deformed. He stuck his hand in and tore at it continuously. he then kicked it down dead. "hehe, I hope Kino's doing ok." He then retrieved his axe and ran towards the mansion.

Now they were on the roof he grabbed the Mayor by his neck and put a knife to it. And walked near the edge of the roof in sight of people at the party. ''Now then Mayor you resign right in front of theese people or you die...'' The Mayor looked scared then gulped. ''I Resighn being Mayor, oh and you can take my job'' Kino smiled and said ''Perfect now my first job is you swear to give all the pore people your money and me some as well as improving this city making it look nice and dont make innocent people slaves and give them homes...'' The Mayor replied by saying ''I Swear I swear I Promise I Promise now let me go.'' Kino let go of him while the mayor apoligised and shouted to his guards to give money to the poor and all the things the ex-Mayor has said before.'' Kino Saw that the Mayor really wanted to get down from the roof. '' Oh and give your job to say that person'' The Mayor looked confussed as Kino pointed to a scruffy Poor man '' Donald?'' Kino nodded his head yes. '' Ok Ok you can have my jon'' Donald danced around in joy because he was mayor and more importantly he could feed his family. Kino then smirked at the Mayor '' You can go'' As the Mayor opended a hatch were a ladder was kept to. Kino grabbed him around the neck and slit it with his knife. Blood splatterd out as it ripped through the skin and flesh. He then through him of the edge of the roof on to about eight guards. ''There we go'' Kino then sweeped his hands...

Mungus ran to the town square and looked up at Kino and the now dead mayor."well done boy" and then Mungus walked down the street, in the direction of the gate.

Kino Jumped down right from the tom and amazingly landing on two feet, he got his horse out of thr hut bit on the creature and jumped on it. it rode him to beside Mungus at the Gate '' Thank you for all this help, I got some money of the Mayor you have some.'' Kino through him 200 coins...

"Thanks kid. We most probrably will meet again I wish you good luck" He then continued walking out of the city.

''Good Bye Mungus Nice meeting you, and I hope to meet you again on my journey'' Kino waved a hand and contuined getting futher and further away at the village but this time he started to cante, he was now away from the village...
